I'm not totally sure but watching an English TV series on BBC Prime the other day it seems to me I heard one guy asking the other: "Have you been there yesterday?" Maybe I misunderstood so I'd like to make it clear. Is it ever possible to use Present Perfect in a situation when the time is finished and the action is finished?

Normally, that should be simple past, but who knows?
