HI,
I´m waiting fr my plane to Poland at the Tallinn airport. Estonia is a country of some 3 million people, 30% of them are Russian minority. Actually, you can hear Russian language everywhere. Still Estonians are very attached to their tradition, Estonian language being its important part. If Russians want to get a (good) job in Estonia they need to speak Estonian. They underline their unique identity and after a remark `Estonia is a small country` they respond: `No, Estonia is not a small country, it is bigger than Holland`
Tallin has a lovely old town, I would risk a statement that it`s one of the loveliest in Europe.
Regards,
Deborah

And its Old Town is a UNESCO world heritage site.
An online acquaintance of mine from England fell in love with Tallinn and goes there frequently. I envy you!

ERRATUM: The population of Estonia is 1 340 000, and not 3 000 000 as I thought previously.
