Robert Gustafsson is a Swedish comedian. When I watched the Norwegian talkshow (why do you say ett talkshow, Fredrik? It sounds wrong ) Först & Sist the other week he was one of the guests and apparently his character Bertil from Fråga Bertil (Ask Bertil) is pretty big in Norway. This character of his is based on a real person named Bertil who used to be the host of a TV-program about gardening. In one episode of his gardening program the real Bertil accidentally cut himself in the hand, and for some reason they didn't do a retake but kept going, and you could see the camera man's hand reaching out with some paper. Thus in every episode of Fråga Bertil Robert's Bertil accidentally hurts himself. Robert is the master of imitating dialects and as Bertil he speaks in a southern dialect. One of Bertil's characteristics is how he says "jaaa!" when he starts the show, gets an idea or just... wakes up.
And here is a short clip where he, scatterbrained as he is, talks to the camera man about whether the tape is rolling and whether he should begin or not.
Here is another film clip from Parlamentet where he's being asked questions. During the questioning words appear telling him how to act. The first request says Become Too Eager, the second one says You Are An Actor From Dramaten (theater in Stockholm) whereupon he gets inspired by Ingmar Bergman, the third one says You Are Caught In Traffic and the fourth one says Go From Birth to Death. The last performance is the best one. When he becomes a teenager he speaks in a heavy Stockholm accent, and when he gets old he gets a bit Bergman-ish again. This is at the end so have some patience.

Is it all in Swedish or didn't I watch enough of it?

It's all in Swedish.

LOL, it's quite funny, especially the first one! (And I love Scanian.):
"A fragrant compost heap is kind of erotic, like a blossoming young girl..."
At first I didn't recognize the guy, because in Norway he is only famous for one role in the program: Swedish TV's Oslo correspondent Classe Ekman, who has problems understanding Norwegian and always reports insanse and horrible things back to Sweden!
Here he is stating that a Norwegian politician killed Olof Palme and tracking down a "whore family" in a Oslo street pluss doing some really suspicious translation:
More of his insane reports in the right column on the youtube page.
But you might say that some obscure programs of Norwegian TV are not much better than his reporting. Here is the crazy game show Joker Nord with its many insane rules and its terminally ill, yet always optimistic caller Krøvel Velle Voll from Velle in Valle in Voll:

Of course it has to be et talkshow! I guess it's because both "skue" (= sight) and perhaps also "syn" (= sight) are neutral.
BTW in German "die Show" is feminine, because "die Schau" also is feminine.

...mmm... "jag gillar smör" säger hon, "smör i massor".
Funny stuff! I guess that game show isn't that far from how regular game shows tend to be.
