Surely you jest. How in the world would my phone have enough memory to fly to Mars and collect soil samples if it's doing such menial tasks as taking phone calls, as well? _________________ "Politics is the art of looking for trouble, finding it everywhere, diagnosing it incorrectly and applying the wrong remedies." ---- Groucho Marx
Keep it simple, that's what I say. I have an old Nokia and it works perfectly fine. As for contracts, I don't have one.
Do you have a pre-paid phone? I used to when I was a student, but it actually ended up being more expensive than regular phone plans.
Although I prefer Samsungs over Nokias, I agree about keeping the phones simple. One day they're going to have phones that perform triple bypass surgeries, I swear...
Yes, I have one of those. If you use it a lot then it's certainly more expensive, but I don't so... Not only do they get more advanced but they also get smaller and smaller.
In an emergency you'd better not be out of toothpicks -- once you've found your phone, that is.
I went back to T-mobile a few months ago, so I got a new phone: the BlackBerry Pearl, which is an upgrade over the trusty ol' 7100 series, which I used to have with Verizon. Ooooh, ahhh! Pretty! Yes, get it out of your system. The Pearl is flimsy, and I just broke another one four days ago. (I know I have a piercing glare and a powerful grip, but this is ridiculous! ) I'm going to try the BB Curve this time around.
I guess I'll have to get used to having a large phone again.
