Langcafé is btter than Antimoon for sure, but all the poeple here had secrets behind my back as well, and some are angry with me and accused me somethings what I didn't say or mean.Then I'm fed up and hurt so it's better only have the PMs and write on the german thread. Are you sure the problem is the domain has no longer been paid for? If this were the case we should get a message like "the website cannot be found" or "the page you tried to access no longer exists", or a page proposing to buy the domain or a commercial portal.
What we have is a phpbb error message. The file sessions.php is still on the server, but the SQL query returned an error code. According to me it means the domain is still ours and the php files are still on it. I guess the database is still there too (otherwise we'd get a "couldn't connect to the databasse" message) but is corrupted. Can someone confirm/infirm?
By the way, doesn't Kirk have the password to download from / upload onto the old server?

The domain has not been updated since mid 2005. It expires July 11. I do have the contact info for Yann, if anyone is interested in contacting him...

As much as I'd love to hear from Yann, I think we haven't heard from him for a reason (I don't know what that reason would be but I'm sure he has one), and we should respect that by not contacting him.
However, it would be nice to get that old domain back since the url was easier to remember. But then what would happen to this one?
