I wanna know something about the form and the word orders of these two kinds of clauses.

If I want to say This is the boek which....What should I do?

and I found sentenses very confusing:
Ek het dit reggekry.     ---I got it right??
My ouma het erken dat Elton John goed kan sing
What's the right order in the clauses? verb+aux.? aux.+verb?

In addition, can anyone recommend me some online grammatical learning resouces?
