I had never thought that there must be different sign languages in different countries until I saw and thought about the book below.
If must be as difficult when meeting someone from another language country for someone who uses sign language as those who use a spoken language.
The book below took my interest and so did the price, less than $2.00 if you are the only one interested.
The Pocket Dictionary Of Signing
Revised and Expanded Edition
by Rod R. Butterworth, M.A., M.Ed., and Mickey Flodin
From the back cover: The Pocket Dictionary Of Signing is the simplest, most convenient alphabetized pocket guide to American Sign Language (Ameslan). Arranged in an easy - to - use dictionary format, this revised edition of The Pocket Dictionary contains more than 600 signing entries with accompanying directions and illustrations

I am sure this would be of intrest to someone at such a little price. _________________ Englishman living and working in Ukraine for English Russian Language TV spent 8 years living in Post Elizabeth, South Africa and loved it! |
